Terms of Service
Effective July 18, 2026
These terms govern access to Nexus Bots, including its bot builder, hosted runtimes, integrations, billing features, and marketplace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, activity under your account, and keeping workspace access current. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Nexus Bots to break the law, abuse or deceive people, send unlawful spam, distribute malware, infringe rights, evade platform safeguards, probe other accounts, or overload the service. You must follow the policies of Telegram, Discord, Slack, Meta, Stripe, and any other service you connect.
3. Your content and integrations
You retain ownership of content and workflows you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having permission to process end-user data and for the behavior of bots you publish or deploy.
4. Plans, billing, taxes, and refunds
Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms. Stripe processes payments. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, and marketplace payouts may be reduced by disclosed fees, refunds, disputes, or taxes. Except where law requires otherwise, charges for completed billing periods and fulfilled marketplace purchases are non-refundable.
5. Marketplace
Publishers are responsible for listings, intellectual-property rights, support promises, and compliance. Buyers receive the rights described by the listing, not ownership of the publisher's underlying intellectual property. We may review, unfeature, suspend, or remove listings and resolve reports to protect users and the platform.
6. Service changes and termination
You may export your data or delete your account from Account settings. Workspace deletion is permanent, subject to active-subscription and ownership checks. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to the service. Features and plan limits may evolve with reasonable notice when practical.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, third-party platform availability, bot outcomes, or marketplace content. Any liability exclusions or caps must be interpreted only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction.
